Paspaley Lavalier necklace featuring a loose 15mm Paspaley Australian South Sea round pearl encased in 18K yellow gold with 12 rubies (0.70ct), 12 pink sapphires (0.35ct) and 46 white diamonds (0.30ct), and a 6mm Paspaley Australian South Sea keshi pearl.
