Whenever I get my rings cleaned they also go a step further and inspect for any loose prongs or stones. I figured being proactive was the best route when deciding to fix a couple loose stones on my diamond eternity band, they quoted me two weeks and had it done in one! Repair cost were very reasonable in my book, and the wait time for pickup is always minutes as they are always well staffed vs only a couple employees. Everyone of their staff is always friendly, happy to help and very patient with trying on pieces for future purchases. Due to their great customer service over the years this led to a pre-owned rolex purchase because I trust any purchase from their location and sister store next door. They definitely nail customer confidence!

My most recent experience at Lux Bond and Green in West Hartford was nothing short of exceptional. As I waited in the repairs department for an item being worked on, I (emotionally) inquired about how to operate a very special watch that I inherited from my late brother. I was struggling to figure out how to reset the time on it and had been wearing it without it actually telling time. I didn’t have it with me, but Cody, one of the gentlemen in repairs overheard my conversation and immediately stopped what he was doing to take the time to answer my questions and gave me his undivided attention. He went above and beyond on two separate occasions—reminding me to bring the watch in when I came back to pick up an item so that he could teach me all about it while it was in hand—so I could truly learn and retain all that he was explaining. His excitement, compassion and engagement uplifted my spirits about something that was very hard and emotionally heavy. He taught me how the watch works generally, how to set all the different features on it, and how any watch style similar to this brand functions. His kindness, true dedication, and clear level of expertise speaks volumes about the quality of service at Lux Bond. I have been a customer here for many years and while this particular encounter was exceptional and noteworthy, it truthfully is not uncharacteristic of the quality of service I’ve experienced over the years. I came back to the store on a mission to replace a strand of gold beads, and as luck would have it I connected with Shiva Beebakhee, the Service Manager, and he knew exactly what I wanted and even had sample beads. We worked together on several visits to get the right size bead, length of the necklace and Shiva made it happen!
