Estate vintage 18 karat yellow gold doorknocker style earrings composed of cabochon sapphires and rubies, accented by 20 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.80 G/VS2. Earrings measure 1.5 inches in length and are fitted with posts and omega backs. Earrings bear an Italian registered trademark and are signed Vesco. Earrings are in very good condition with minor scratches and signs of wear consistent with age and normal use.
